Try the barcode again in good light, or enter all 13 digits manually. If QScan still cannot find it, the product may not be in the current catalogue yet.
What if a score looks wrong?
Check the ingredients and nutrition against the physical package because products change. Send the barcode and the part that looks wrong by email so the product record can be checked.
